Although I work as a professor at the School of Engineering of the University of Florence, I remain closely connected to our family business, sharing its values, its vision and its prospects for growth.

I have always walked this path together with my brother, with whom I share our roots, a passion for everything our history stands for and a commitment to its future.

Margherita Perugini

Have you met Margherita? With a degree in Food Technology and Biotechnology, she is truly passionate about food quality and reliability the kind of person who turns a quality check into an epic mission!

Curious as a detective and a keen observer, she approaches her role with a critical eye and an insatiable hunger to improve both processes and herself. Determined and tenacious as a lioness, she took up Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to sharpen these strengths: now a purple belt, she brings grit, focus and skill to every challenge on the mat – qualities she carries into work every day, turning obstacles into victories with a champion’s smile! A force of nature who makes quality not only safe, but irresistibly fun!

Meet Stefania, our queen of accounting, whose dazzling experience sets administration and balance sheets dancing! Throughout her career she has handled it all: from administrative “magic” to rigorous control of accounting processes, all the way to strategic support in business decisions. Always as precise as a Swiss watch, as reliable as an old friend and with a big-picture view that would make Sherlock Holmes jealous.

What makes her unique? Her boundless curiosity and the courage to throw herself into every new challenge like a pro surfer tackling a giant wave! Every task becomes an opportunity to grow, innovate and recharge. A valuable asset who combines experience and innovation, always hits the mark and brings a contagious smile wherever she goes!
